N Asante practicing, Josh Williams not, no word on Amukamura

Posted by: Brian Christopherson on September 30, 2009 at 4:58PM CST

Larry Asante is practicing today. As expected, Rickey Thenarse is not. Don't expect we'll see him out there anytime soon.
Also, redshirt freshman defensive end Josh Williams is watching practice with a boot on his foot. Bo Pelini speaks with the media after the practice, so we'll have more on the injury front and everything else shortly.

A Husker Hooligan isn't a street hooldum that fights with rival fans. Rather, a fan who is deeply passionate for the the best team in the land...

I suppose no news is good news on Amukamura, at least I hope so. Bo has a presser today at 11:10 central time so I am betting we will have a good feel on how healthy the team is right now soon. I am also hoping to get an indication on how practices went this weekend. I know they practiced well last week, but I am hoping the actual game week practices are going well also.

No, you are good 4NU. Spring Ball starts for NU on March 24th. This thread was an old one from last Spring that got "revived."

Hey, 4NU, don't let cave fool you. We're very ashamed that you're behind. You're fired. No, wait. Never mind.

I think I'm having a bad day. not only didn't know the date of spring practice but, (Nation) fires me too. Geesh: Take it easy. I should remember the 24th, that's the dayI pick up my new reading glasses, then go to the Doctor for my annual check up.Later to the Senior Citizens Center to insult any old lady that hits on me. Yup, It could be a strange year! And later, the Huskers beat Texas and OU for the Big Twelve Title, Yup, that should do it
